The thing about shoes…
I was trying to clear up some room to store all the presents we got from friends and families during Christmas. So I sat down, opened up boxes of forgotten shoes and tried on every single pair to see which ones I would keep or throw out.
In the end, I couldn’t bear to part with any..since I had already thrown some out a few months ago. I feel like each pair belongs to an outfit and like lovers, cannot be separated!
And this is my husband’s collection. I kid you not. If we threw these out, he would have no shoes at all.

Haha I know what you mean – my hubby’s collection consists of a pair of sandals, some slippers, some colorado slip ons and nice black shoes.
My collection is made up almost entirely of ballet flats…

Lauren! He rented them! Mel, that is a reasonable amount. Rich doesn’t even own a pair of dressy shoes. Those sandals belonged to my FIL before he passed them over to rich.

Bahaha! Hilarious! If I was going to photograph all of Jon’s shoes, it would be a post so long, you would fall asleep by the end. He loves shoes. Hehe. Though I must say so do I!

Oh, I used to be a shoe-aholic! Now my shoe collection is much closer to the size of your husbands…and it is getting smaller this weekend! I have a few pairs that haven’t fit since I had foot surgery a few years back. No point keeping them. Once that is done I will have:
* 1 pair snow boots (bought in the childrens’ section AND on sale
* 1 pair of dressy flats
* 1 pair of “around town” Mary Janes that are about to fall apart
* 1 pair of flip flops
