Also a little obsessed with all things nautical these days! Yarrr!
When I was little, I liked playing pretend pirate and I especially loved going fishing with my dad. It always felt like I was going on a big adventure with him!
I’ve been wanting to illustrate a water theme for sometime, so I thought it’d be fun to dress up Little Mo and turn her kitty friends into pirate cats! I hope they will have many sailing adventures together!
Sailor Mo is now available in my shop and will come packaged and signed by me.
I’ve completed 6 artworks for my Little Mo portrait series. You can see them all here. Which one is your favourite?

A much heathier burger option:)
1 large tuna can (lemon pepper flavour), drained
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup wholemeal breadcrumbs
2 eggs lightly beaten
2 tablespoon chopped thyme
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- Combine tuna, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, thyme, parsley and lemon zest in a bowl and mix well.
- Form into even-sized patties.
- Cook on both sides on a frying pan, until browned.
- Serve with a hamburger bun or turkish bread. Eat with fresh salad and mayo.
Instead of flavoured tuna, you can also use plain tuna and substitute lemon zest with lemon juice.

Received some sweet things in the mail this week from my snail mail buddy, Allana. I love how she’s added all these sweet touches into the wrapping.
She gave me a cute little gollywog tile which I am using as a spoon / laddle rest in the kitchen:)
She also knitted a blanket for Bushells the rabbit, which made me laugh out loud. You can see her cute little blanket here. Thanks lovely!

Just a warning…I’m a bit obsessed with panda bears lately.
I mean, I’ve always loved panda bears but the other day I was watching a panda documentary and the pandas were rolling around eating bamboo. I nearly went berserk. I wanted to attack my television with a bearish hug!
So here is my latest artwork…Panda Mo! It will be available in my shop soon as a 5×5 art print.
Stay tuned for more Mo art!

Remember our little outing at the woods, a few days before our wedding?
I received the rest of the photos. Here are some of my favourites!
I like this picture best. Every time I’m happy or sad, this is the incredible person I’ve hugged so much, for support. I hope I’ll always be there to hug him too when he needs me!
Thank you Jen for these wonderful photos! Do check out her blog, Anna Rose Photography to see her amazing portfolio.
We also got the rest of our wedding photos, so I shall share some of our favourites in my next post:)

Today is sticker making day!
I’ve been making and cutting up Little Mo book stickers for wholesale orders. It was actually quite relaxing! I sat at my desk in the morning, put on some music and started cutting all these stickers out. About a hundred of them.
Then I put the stickers into their little packets. I also sketched a bit on my sketchbook. There’s a froggie in it, but I’m not sure what to do with him. So I shall ponder more on this!
Oh yeah, I’d recommend Earlimart for ‘drawing and cutting up’ background music! I’ve been playing them all week! What’s currently on your playlist?

This is the second artwork for the song, ‘So Hungry’. The song is about a girl and her hungry pets!
I decided to draw a girl having a tea party and feeding her hungry pets. After lots of detailing and shading, the room finally started to take shape!
While working on this artwork, it reminded me of my own childhood days when I had my own pretend tea parties. We called it ‘masak masak’ (cook cook). When I was little, my parents bought me a huge colourful cutlery set with plastic cups and plates and a teapot. It even had a trolley to serve your dishes on! I had so much fun rolling up cakes made out of Play-Doh.
